A day around our cottage near Disneyland, Paris, and Champagne

Part 1

In the morning I go shopping in the small town of Crecy la Chapelle.

I walk the downtown shops and there is a choice:

• My butcher Gault Millau classified,
• My butcher who pampers me and takes the time to listen to my choice,
• My baker who got up early to make me a hot and crusty bread.
• My pastry chef, with whom I remain undecided before the panel of cakes and other sweets.
• The market in which I wander to buy fruits and vegetables from the region, who will offer me their vibrant colors.

After a good meal in my Angels' Inn Cottage in Coutevroult, a nap is needed with as background noise the birds singing to their heart's content.

Then I go back to Crecy la Chapelle to be pampered by my hairdresser in a warm atmosphere, while my husband will go to his barber to remake the world and schedule the next petanque they will play together along the Morin , the small river that runs along the countryside.

In the late afternoon, after dreaming in decorating and antique shops and god knows there are many, I will stroll between the books in the small library of the city center so warm and I will relax on the back of the terrace directly overlooking the river Morin.

There I take my tea with a book in hand listening to the river and from time to time, I will lift up my eyes to see the swans gliding on the water in silence.

I will inspire deeply, closing my eyes and pray that this moment would never end.

In the evening after returning to the Angels' Inn Cottage to refresh myself, I will dine in a good gourmet restaurant in Villeneuve le Comte. I would choose a different one from the day before because there are spoiled for choice.
